Required: Senior Software Engineer

IT Firm seeks a Senior Software Engineer. Responsibilities include: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Troubleshooting and Implementation of integrated systems software for business applications. Must have in depth knowledge of WAS 6.1 on z/OS and z/Linux along with ITCAM. Experience converting CICS application to Java based web application with J2EE Technologies and CTG, C/Flow, Hibernate, DB2, Spring Framework, MQ, JMS and RAD 7.0. Must have strong programming experience with Core Java along with Java Technologies using Struts, JSP, Servlets, XML, XSL and HTML; Must have good understanding of object oriented programming, design patterns and agile programming methodologies. Must be familiar with operating systems Windows, UNIX, Linux. BS degree in engineering or computer science with min. 5 years experience. 40 hr wk. Monday – Friday. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training and experience.
